Suite rooms each with a living room number 8 — 4 twin rooms and 4 double rooms each  with a price of 5 5000 K for local guests and $70 for foreign guests. The first floor comprises restaurant, Jade shop and meeting room which can accommodate 30 persons. The rent for meeting room is 50,000 K for 2 hours and 133,000 K for a whole day.

All rooms come with shower or bath tubs. Ground floor includes lobby and reception. In the living room, guests can use internet for free with  desktops the hotel provides. It has staff who can speak Japanese, Chinese, Indian etc. so guests can have easy communication. Being a three star hotel, CCTVs and fire extinguishers are set on every path  of every floor. Free wifi, no smoking points are served. The 2nd, 4th and 5th floor are for guests who want to smoke so non smokers can stay in privacy Despite the high building, room structures are comfortable. 

The hotel has chefs for Indian food, Japanese food, European, Chinese and Myanmar foods since most of the guests are from these countries.
